Meet Kate

Kate is a registered Integrative Medicine Professional & ICF Accredited Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) who swapped her corporate suits for a clinic coat after a challenging fertility journey and career burnout.

She is on a mission to educate and support organisations and private clients by building realistic wellbeing practices into their everyday lives.

An MSc Acupuncturist and ICF accredited Coach, Kate fuses Eastern and Western philosophies to health and wellbeing to create individual and corporate wellness progammes, focused on building wellness from the inside-out.

One very few Post-Graduate Degree holders of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture in the UK, awarded by one of the most prestigious alternative medicine colleges in the world.  Including allopathic medical education.

Certified practitioner in Mindfulness Meditation for Stress, Anxiety, and Pain.
