I am a Wellness Coach and Clinical Therapist who swapped my high heels for a clinic coat after a challenging fertility journey.

I am on a mission to educate and support myself and other professional midlifers by building realistic wellbeing practices into their everyday lives.

An MSc Acupuncturist and ICF accredited Coach, I fuse Eastern and Western philosophies to health and wellbeing to create individual and corporate wellness progammes, focused on building wellness from the inside-out.

My message is clear: an investment in selfcare, is an investment in the future.
