We are ex-corporate executives, turned Wellness Professionals, and we have designed a retreat we want to go on.  A retreat where you leave knowing more than when you arrived, have had time to yourself, and have had a relaxing time on your terms.

Our aim is to provide you with the education, tools, and knowledge you need to equip yourself to make the right choices for YOU and YOUR wellness.  We want you to leave equipped with more information about your own wellness than when you arrived, after having met some new friends, with the deep sense of having benefitted from the investment of self-care.

In a beautiful indoor and outdoor space, where you can relax, have fun, eat amazing food, and just be YOU.

You are invited to our WellAware Retreat.

It takes place at this stunning location in the World Heritage Site of Llangollen in beautiful North Wales.  Its rural location is easily within commuting distance of Manchester and Liverpool airports and Chester train station.

Comprising an overnight stay in this luxury venue, 2 full days of optional wellness sessions including seminars, guided walk, yoga, massage, and guided meditation.

Fully catered by an award-winning chef, including Champagne Reception.

And that's not all....your retreat programme commences a month prior to meeting in person. We are opening a private online group so you can connect with your new Retreat friends, and also receive weekly information and education packs structured around our signature programme - The Six Pillars of Wellness.

You will receive carefully selected Welcome Gifts to support your Retreat Experience.

Kate's mission is to help exhausted, professional midlifers to start putting themselves first, by making informed, simple, realistic changes to their lives. To stop prioritising everyone else over you, to start reconnecting with yourself.

Beverley-Ann is the founder of the Retreat & Events Company; she is super passionate about partnering with wellness professionals to deliver a retreat with a difference.  And a retreat which puts the client experience at the heart of the event.

As a client of Kate’s, she is walking proof of what can be achieved when you put yourself at the top of your own priority list.


Molly's passion for helping others lead a healthful life shines through in all aspects of her life.  Helping others to move their bodies, and to feel restored through movement, meditation, and  holistic wellness treatments.

A former Ballerina, Dance Teacher and Fibromyalgia champion, Molly is an advocate for holistic health practices which improve wellbeing from the inside-out.



Are you passionate about doing your bit to help others, the small business economy and the environment?  Yes? Great!  We are going to get along so well...

Your WellAware Retreat space investment, will activate an hour of voluntary local community work by your Hosts and a Ticket for a Tree donation.

...And it will contribute towards supporting local small independent businesses and protecting the Welsh landscape.


You will be part of an intimate gathering of like-minded people; the guest list is limited to 12 wonderful women.

You will have your own beautiful bedroom, some of which have rolltop baths (supplement applies), overlooking the ever-changing flora and fauna of the glorious Welsh hills.

And you can take advantage of the range of investment-inclusive activities before and during the retreat.

Your wellness education programme commences one month prior to the retreat, during which we will send you information and education packs to support each of the Six Pillars of Wellness.  Carefully selected Welcome Gifts will be sent to you to support your wellness experience.

Ahead of the Retreat, you will be invited to join a private WellAware Retreat Members Group in LinkedIn, where each week Kate will host a short wellness event and Q&A.

At the WellAware Retreat, you will have the option of taking part in fireside wellness discussions, individual wellness consultations, guided walks, yoga, pilates , guided meditation and massage treatments.  Or you can simply just be.

All meals including a Champagne Reception are included.

And as a special treat, we will be arranging very special evening entertainment.
